Spring Juice

Nadine Reid shares a Spring Juice that is the taste of health.

Ingredients:

(Get them fresh & organic if you can)

I clove of garlic 

1 tsp black pepper 

1 chunk of turmeric 

2 raw carrots

large chunk of ginger

Juice of 2 lemons

Juice of 2 oranges 

Honey to taste 

Method:

Blitz all ingredients in a blender. Drink with cold water for a boosty fiery kick, or add hot water and a drop of honey for a soothing and energised start to your mornings.
